"Outstanding effort! We had a bathroom that was dated and in need of some serious touches. We had a bathroom with a 1990s-era jacuzzi and a dinky shower. Tom Keck took our designer’s plan and ran with it very smoothly and efficiently. He made every effort to ensure his team would cause minimal disruption to our lives. The costs were reasonable, and every expense was explained to our satisfaction. We will certainly be going back to B Douglas for our next renovation."
